The Inca Trellis Thrombolysis System is a comprehensive, catheter-based solution developed for acute thrombolysis and prophylactic intervention in venous thrombosis. By combining an IVC filter with a triple-lumen central venous catheter, the system provides immediate pulmonary embolism (PE) protection while enabling direct thrombolytic infusion, covering scenarios such as acute PE, VTE (venous thromboembolism), and ICU-based prophylaxis. Through its smart, elegant design, Inca Trellis aims to deliver permanent solutions for acute venous thrombosis—minimizing PE risk, securing venous patency, and ensuring retrievability of the filter if needed.
Combined IVC Filter and Triple-Lumen Catheter
